These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pilgrim Edward Doty Society website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Use of Content
Genealogical research and articles published on this site are provided for personal, non-commercial research purposes. Redistribution of substantial portions of Society research without attribution is not permitted. Family tree data is available to logged-in members only and is not to be redistributed publicly.
Lineage Submissions
The family tree is maintained exclusively by the Society Historian. Members do not edit the tree directly; members who submit lineage information, photographs, or research notes to the Historian for inclusion grant the Society a non-exclusive license to display and preserve that submission as part of the family tree.
Limitation of Liability
The Society makes reasonable efforts to verify genealogical claims but does not guarantee the accuracy of any record, tree, or historical account presented on this site.
Changes to These Terms
The Society may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
