Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as through the membership registration form, the mini join widget, or the contact form — including your name, email, phone, address, and details about your Doty family connection.
How We Use Information
Information is used to process membership applications, maintain the family tree, deliver the quarterly newsletter, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell member information to third parties.
Data Storage
Member records are maintained in the Society's internal membership system. Payment information, once processing is enabled, will be handled by a third-party payment processor and not stored directly by the Society.
Your Choices
Members can opt in or out of email, mail, and phone contact at any time through their membership preferences.
